The Banner of Lacre Undivided (Lacrean ⰀⰈ ⰑⰔⰕⰀⰕⰎⰀⰐ ⰎⰅⰍⰤⰓⰑⰓⰔⰡⰃ ⰈⰡⰔⰎⰀⰊⰀ, Az ostatlan Lekērorsāg zāslaja) is the Vaestic Banner of the Lacrean Empire, and formerly of the Graviate of Lacre (1769–78) and the Sixth Chotarian Empire (1778–1959). Its Debates are the Lacrean Debates. It was bestowed on Oktar Matolchy, its first Standard-Bearer, by Universal Prophet Zafuvniprourkah in 1769 as a result of negotiations that led to the appointment of a number of important Lacrean Scholars to the Prysostaic Council. Formally, the Banner revived and consolidated a number of the Banners in which Lacrean armies had been organised during the Octadic Reclamation of 1444–53, namely the Banner of Lonras, the Banner of the Partians, the Banner of the Lakar, and the Banner of High Chotar. After becoming effectively defunct under Great Neritsia, these Banners were officially abrogated by a Prophetic Edict of Zafuvniprourkah in 1769 and merged into the single Banner of Lacre Undivided. This marked the first of the Banner creations of the post-Neritsovid era—a departure from Terophan's Banner of the Greater West, which had merely been revived directly, and without Prophetic authority—though the Banner of Lacre Undivided was not invented wholly de novo, by contrast to the later Banner of Pestul. After 1778 the Banner of Lacre Undivided was united with the revived Chotarian throne in a manner comparable to the unification of the Tirfatsevid crown with the Banner of the Greater West in the 1701 Great Imperial Restoration.

The unity of the Banner with the Chotarian throne was broken by the death of Emperor Zamor during the horrific and heretical events of the Thrall in 1958, and was not fully restored until the Banner was formally re-recognised at the Congress of Molot (1983). The ordinary functioning of the Banner itself was essentially disabled. While Cirran Miranzion was elevated to an imperial dignity and nominal recognition as Standard-Bearer by perfunctory Debates in 1960, his imperial decisions remained subject to the supervision of a Prysostaic heresiologist known as the Captain of Lacre, initially with the support of the Army for the Stabilisation of Lacre that Terophan supported in the country. During this period the Banner was treated as something of a religious quarantine; Lacreans could not be released directly to the Prophetic Banner, and thus, with rare exceptions, were not appointed to offices at the Prysostaia. These measures were revoked by the Congress of Molot, which recognised Lacre as an Ordinary Banner with permanent representation on the Prysostaic Council.
