Crypto-Savant

In Vaestism, Crypto-Savants are those considered as approaching or intending on the correct pursuit of Knowledge, but who have yet to make full First Prostration or acceptance of other Vaestic articles of faith, often still bound in the trappings of non-Vesnite religions or beliefs. It is distinguished from foreshadowing transcension, the exhibition of Knowledgeable qualities by pre-Vaestic cultures, by the Crypto-Savant's direct recognition of Vaestism. It is also distinguished from more general Vaestophilia, which can be applied to any favour or affinity for Vesnites and Vaestism, although here the boundaries are much less clear.
