Government is the business of executing political decisions over a particular population; it also refers to the body which is responsible for this business.
Typology
Three different widely recognised types of government exist, namely:
- Respopulus – Respopular government involves the responsible decision-making of all members of the population.
- Respublic – Respublican government involves the responsible decision-making of a particular section of the population.
- Rescapita – Rescapitan government, typically monarchical in nature, involves the responsible decision-making of one person.
