Kozrat is the capital and most populous city of Lacre, with 9.2 million residents within the city proper. Its traditional date of foundation, derived from the 3rd century CE Annals of the Divine Dynasties, is 1320 BCE. The city was the capital of the Fifth Chotarian Empire.
