Messeno-Joriscia is the third largest continental landmass of Arden after Serania Major and Greater Lestria.

By convention, it is considered to be divided into two separate regions that are treated as continents in their own rights, even if there is no geological basis for this distinction: Messenia and Joriscia. The landmass also includes Boréa and Petty-Lestria, which are not universally accepted as either parts of Messenia or Joriscia.
