Shacoont is a landlocked rationalised polity in southern Serrinea. Much of its northern border overlaps with the Montrachon Line. The country was constituted at the end of the 1993 Serrinean War, and is dominated by a coalition government of various muen, supervised by Messenian representatives nominally equally representing Odann, Savam, and Siurskeyti. Southern Shacoont is wracked by the Cosmoscopist Swakazhdar insurgency, which Odann has been accused of having connections with.
