Koloma (Agar: ⰍⰑⰎⰑⰏⰡ, Kolomā), formally the Kingdom-Marshalate of Koloma (Kolomān Pạ̄delmi-strategikunta), is an Agamari marshalate comprising the south-eastern third of the island of Peạsāri and a range of smaller islands in the Esperasian Ocean, south-east of the Outer Joriscian mainland. It shares only one land border, with metropolitan Agamar (and the territory of Etelạmā to the north-west. Historically independent from successive Agamari polities to the north, and only loosely controlled by ancient Chotar, Koloma remains a culturally and linguistically diverse region to this day. Beyond the eponymous Kolosian, which serves alongside Agar as the Marshalate's official language, a number of minor Chotaric languages of the Mirokraic branch are also spoken.

The outlying islands now controlled by Koloma were conquered by Agamar during the opening epoch of Agamari colonialism in the 17th century, but the historical Kingdom of Koloma was brought under Agamari influence only over the course of the 18th century. Much of the early impetus for this was generated by the punitive action between 1704 and 1707 against the remnants of the White Tiger risings, after they were put down on the mainland. The area was integrated progressively into Agamar proper over the succeeding century, with the King of Koloma becoming recognised in a form of clientage to the Emperor of Mirokrai by the Purity Council, although the exact terms of its formal subordination remained vague. After the Long War, at the Congress of Kethpor in 1959, this relationship was clarified, with Koloma declared a marshalate in line with the new protocols of statehood in Vaestdom. Despite its formally mediate status from the Agamari Banner, Koloma is highly integrated into metropolitan Agamar's administrative structures and is effectively governed from Sakari; the King-Marshal retains primarily ceremonial privileges.
