Seter, officially South Seter ([seɪtə], Rashimic: Sēter h-Droun [ˈʃəeːsər ʔ-droːŋ], Argote: ⰇⰉⰟⰕⰟⰓⰡ Dziutura), is an Azophine Marshalate in eastern Outer Joriscia, bordering on Terophan, the Azophine banner state, Littorea and Lacre. The modern Marshalate is one of a number of small autonomous polities created in the Joriscian Lowlands and the Starroz Krai by the Kethpor Accords.

Seter has a relatively long history of autonomous rule, with the core territories of the modern marshalate originally forming the southern region of the Lacrean Marshalate of Seter, whose northern portions were annexed by Azophin in 1811 during the Ostroborovid Restoration. A rump state remained extant in the central southern region until five years later, when it was demediatised into Lacre in 1889. When Lacre's empire was dismembered at the post-Long War peace agreements as a punitive measure for its heretical actions during the period known as the Thrall, Seter was reestablished and granted to the Azophine Banner as a Marshalate. It is known as South Seter because of the existence of an Azophine Province of North Seter, which borders it to the north. Since the Azophine Reconstruction Seter has been drawn increasingly tightly into the Azophine state apparatus.
