Partia (Lacrean: ⰒⰀⰓⰕⰂⰉⰄⰤⰍ, Partvidēk) is a Zemayan marshalate in the northern Starroz Krai in Outer Joriscia. Clockwise from the southeast, it neighbours Ephgil, Lacre, and Seter. Until the dismemberment of the Lacrean empire at the Kethpor Congress following the Thrall, the term Partvidēk was applied within Lacre to the densely populated coastal plains abutting the Gulf of Joriscia, an area known exonymously as Low Lacre. The Congress awarded much of this region as a marshalate to Zemay, whose armies had crushed the Lacrean occupation of the Prysostaia during the Thrall.

Falling within the historic region of Argotea, Partia has figured centrally in the history of Outer Joriscia. Its capital, Shalovar, is of particular religious significance in Vaestism for being the site at which the Marshal Siluve was acclaimed Universal Prophet at the end of the Conciliar War in 1436. Contemporary Partia is a multiethnic state, with a mixed population of Lacreans and Argotes distributed across the country, and significant Zemayan, Rasheem, and Agar minorities to be found in the cities.

Since the marshalate's creation, its distance from the Zemayan metropole and large, independence-minded population has led to a mostly hands-free policy from Lesser Pestul. The marshalate's territory is represented by two Elector Schools of Zemay, Vetne in the Argotean west and Greater Shalovar in the Lacrean east; the territory as a whole has also avoided integration into many Zemayan political structures, such as administrative Shaknuyura coverage or Janitor policing. Independent, Lacrean-style institutions have been retained by local government. Most centrally directed reforms of Partian administration have been done to foster open trade with the rest of the Zemayan Banner, and after the 1980s with neighbouring Lacre, Littorea, and Ephgil as well.
