The Three Power Bloc or the Tripod (Lacrean: Hāromlāb, Agar: Kāromlābi, Gergote: Kāromlābis) was a concord between the Outer Joriscian states of Lacre, Agamar and Zemay established in parallel with the Blue River Punctation that ended the Lutoborian Civil War in 1943. The Bloc principally regulated its members' relations with Terophan and Azophin, ostensibly to restrain rising tensions between those powers against the backdrop of the Desecration of the Prophecy, as well as the rumblings of Messenian war and the Bellophobia that came in its wake; in practice, however, its aim was to counterbalance both of the western powers and further its members' quest for equal status with the crumbling of the Azophine Ascendancy. The Bloc also sought to establish a durable settlement in the Starroz Krai and the Joriscian Lowlands following the damaging conflicts that had taken place there between its members, beginning with the Lefdian Confrontation in 1932, though in this it was only intermittently successful.

The Bloc's members maintained a joint coordination body, the Regulating Board, which served as one of the predecessors of the post–Long War Panarchate. Despite its claims to be the main representative of the peace interest in Outer Joriscia, the Bloc also acted to prevent any durable reconciliation between Terophan and Azophin, calculating after the experience of the Second Dekoral War that an entente between the two powers would revive the Neritsovid sceptre and overwhelm the rest of Outer Joriscia, and engaged in indirect or direct military interventions in almost all of the major conflicts from 1943 to 1949. When general warfare did break out between Azophin and Terophan in the Tormetian Campaign of 1949, Agamar's opportunistic realignment with Azophin almost caused it to break down entirely. Although the Regulating Board resumed its activities in 1951, the accession of Zamor the False in Lacre that year and Zemay's rapprochement with Terophan over the course of the decade during the Second War of Manoeuvre rendered it more or less obsolete, and it finally collapsed during the tumultuous events of the years without summers.

The Bloc's remit extended only to Outer Joriscia itself; even during its heyday in the 1940s its members were involved in a number of significant colonial wars and interventions alongside Azophin and Terophan, often taking part on opposite sides. The Bloc also did not prevent Zemay, Lacre and Agamar from continuing to wage a complex cold war against each other in the Lowlands and Starroz Krai. In Lestria, however, the three states collaborated outside the Bloc's remit in establishing the Great Lestrian Banner, though this proved abortive in practice.
